The Architectural Committee is responsible for setting the architectural standards for our complex and assisting the Beverlywood West HOA Board in researching replacement components for our complex. Screen Doors - still working on a standard Windows - The City of Culver City will require a building permit to replace windows. The owner or the installer can obtain the permit.
