Directors shall be elected at each annual meeting of Members for concurrent
annual terms.

Classic Management will be sending out the Official Results.
We managed to get a quorum with the assistance of members who attended the
meeting, by calling neighbors, delivering blank ballots and picking up ballots.
The results are final.
Here are the results of the election:

I want to thank Carol Greenstein and Shari Barrett who served with me as
Inspectors of Election. We had some ballots that we could not use because the
outer envelopes were not signed and the unit number was not identified. As we
get accustomed to the new system I am sure that the participation will improve.
Given the fact that this is the first time we have voted using this method, I
think we did quite well.
